Aaron Iffland and his team, The Estep Group, rank within the top 1% of the Toledo region and top 5 within The Danberry Company - achieving $28M in sales volume in 2025 alone.

Aaron received the 2025 Northwest Ohio REALTORS® Rookie of the Year Award & 2025 Lourdes University Alumni of the Year Award, recognizing his ambitious career start and strong community connection. 

Aaron advises individuals, families, and businesses in buying and selling all areas of residential real estate. With a B.S. in Marketing and over a decade of experience in premiere client service, he continually lives his mission to serve others with excellence.  

In his personal time, Aaron enjoys spending intentional time with his family as a husband and father of two. He has a strong passion for photography, & even operates his own small business, Blue Stone Photographs LLC, to "capture photographs that share joy." He loves playing sand volleyball downtown, hiking in Hocking Hills, grilling and preparing home-cooked meals, and building connections and new relationships. Above all, Aaron lives out his faith in knowing he is "saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ" (Eph 2:8-9).
